Today, Crain’s New York Business announced its annual Best Places to Work in New York City rankings. This year’s honorees represent world-class organizations that are at the forefront of their respective fields, and for the 8th consecutive year, Digital Remedy made the list!

In partnership with Best Companies Group, Crain’s surveyed more than 20k employees across all five boroughs on the types of work atmospheres, leadership styles, opportunities for mentorship and professional growth, traditional benefits, and atypical “work perks” that make a company a great place to work. Crain’s hosted a virtual celebration to unveil the rankings last week, but you can take a look at all of the winners here.

We are so proud to be recognized once again as one of the Best Places to Work, especially after such a challenging year. Our internal teams have worked hard to create initiatives and programming that keep employees connected, engaged, and motivated while working remotely, and we are proud of the collaboration, dedication, and hard work that our team has put into seamlessly managing our business continuity while keeping our corporate culture strong.

While we miss engaging with our teammates in person, we aim to continue that sense of community, regardless of how remote we may feel right now. It’s the people that make this company great, and it is important to our culture that we continue to support them, now more than ever.

Digital Remedy has been selected as a finalist for the Digiday Worklife Awards under the category of “Most Dedicated to Employee Wellness.”

In a year that presented countless challenges for many industries, it forced organizations to rethink the way in which they engage with their employees, and the work-life balance needed for those individuals to succeed. From the very beginning, our employees’ mental and physical wellness remained a top priority. Through reimagined communication and collaboration practices, and creative programming and initiatives, our team discovered new ways to keep employees connected and active.

Our People Systems Team has met the challenges of 2020 with a renewed focus on what employees really need from an organization, especially during times of crisis or uncertainty. In-office perks are great, and we always want our team to feel happy and motivated by their work-space. However, it is important to realize how best to maintain employee wellness, even when the traditional workplace no longer exists.

Shifting our company focus from health and happiness within the workplace, to overall employee health and wellness wherever that workplace may be, has allowed our vision of corporate balance to evolve in a positive way, and has set our organization up for success as we continue to navigate the uncertain road ahead.

We are so excited to be recognized by the Digiday Team, and feeling lucky to be listed alongside such great industry leaders. The final winners of the Digiday Worklife Awards will be announced virtually on December 10th.

For the 8th consecutive year, Digital Remedy has been named one of the Best Places to Work in New York City by Crain’s New York Business!

To be recognized alongside so many great leaders in the industry is always an exciting honor for our team. However, this year’s acknowledgment feels particularly poignant. In a year that presented our company, and our industry, with countless challenges and obstacles, it also marked our 20th anniversary as an organization.

Digital Remedy has worked to keep ourselves, and our clients, at the forefront of technology for 20+ years. To foster the talent needed to succeed, our employees have been a priority from the very beginning. With so much time normally spent in-office to successfully serve our clients, we always aimed to make our workplace as comfortable and stimulating as possible. 2020 tested that thinking, but also presented an opportunity for us to challenge ourselves to creatively serve our employees in new and exciting ways.

Our internal teams have worked hard to create initiatives and programming that keep employees connected, engaged, and motivated throughout this year. With businesses shifting to remote work and trying to navigate the uncertainty of 2020, we are proud of the collaboration, dedication, and hard work that our team has put into seamlessly managing our business continuity while keeping our corporate culture strong.

While we miss engaging with our teammates in person, we aim to continue that sense of community, regardless of how remote we may feel right now. It is the people that make this company great, and it is important to our culture that we continue to support them, now more than ever.

Big thanks to Crain’s for the selecting Digital Remedy as one of “the best.” The final rankings of the Best Places to Work will be announced during a virtual event on December 3rd.

Digital Remedy is thrilled to receive a Gold Stevie Award from the Stevie Awards for Women in Business in recognition of our Achievement in Promoting Work-life Balance. Digital Remedy has worked to keep ourselves, and our clients, at the forefront of technology for 20+ years. To foster the talent needed to succeed, our employees have been a priority from the very beginning. Our company is led by a set of core values that play a central role in each decision we make. Principle to a successful Digital Remedy employee, and fundamental to supporting the women of our organization, is our core value of “Remarkable Balance.”

Additionally, just last month Digital Remedy received a Gold Stevie Award from the Stevie Awards for Great Employers for our Achievement in Workplace Health and Wellbeing. With every challenge 2020 has ushered in, it has created an equal opportunity for our People Systems Team to focus on what employees really need from an organization, especially during times of crisis or uncertainty. In-office perks are great, and we always want our team to feel happy and motivated by their work-space. However, it was important to realize how best to maintain a healthy workplace, even when the traditional workplace no longer exists.

We have seen a desire from our employees to still feel connected to co-workers while working remotely. The initiatives we have put in place have allowed us to facilitate that connection by promoting creativity and regular communication across the organization for individuals that may be feeling distant both physically and emotionally. By providing our teams with the tools, freedom, and flexibility to create a balanced lifestyle, that is unique to each of their needs during this time, we have seen employees thrive through the uncertainty.

Shifting our company focus from health and happiness within the workplace, to overall employee health and wellness wherever that workplace may be right now, has allowed our vision of corporate balance to evolve in a positive way. We have rewritten what a positive work-life balance means to our organization, and set our Remediers up for success as we continue to navigate the road ahead.

Digital Remedy is kicking off 2020 by landing at #18 on AdAge’s list of “Best Places to Work.”

This year, AdAge identified 50 companies that have fostered engaging environments for their employees to work and grow in meaningful ways. In partnership with Latitude Research, AdAge’s scoring system focused on six key satisfaction areas: employee benefits, company culture, company environment, employee perks, employee development, and employee engagement. Combining employer questionnaires with anonymous employee input, AdAge created numerical scores that factored in those satisfaction areas in order to determine the rankings of the top organizations.

2020 serves as a huge milestone for Digital Remedy, as it marks our 20th year in business. Throughout the two decades that we have been navigating the ever-changing digital space, one thing has remained constant: the amazing people that make up our team. Through benefits, perks, and programming that support, encourage, and empower our employees, we are proud to have built an environment that fosters their uncommon ability to achieve.

Digital Remedy has long recognized that the work that we do often leads to team members spending more time in the office than we do at home. That fact has been a guiding force behind creating a community that allows our employees to feel empowered, inspired, respected, and cared for by the organization, both in and outside of our office walls. Digital Remedy prides itself not only on creating a fun culture that our employees enjoy being a part of, but cultivating a supportive and purposeful environment that develops our team members both personally and professionally.

Big thanks to the AdAge team for their recognition, and congratulations to the additional companies who have been included on the list!Interested in joining our award-winning team? Check out our open positions, and follow us on LinkedIn and Twitter for more updates.
