Digital Remedy has earned a spot on the 2025 Best Remote and Hybrid Workplaces in America list, courtesy of Best Companies Group. The program celebrates organizations that excel in creating top-notch virtual and flexible work cultures. We’re honored to be recognized as one of the exceptional workplaces that have mastered the art of creating a thriving company culture outside the traditional office setup.
Life is full of change, especially when working in the Ad Tech space. Throughout our 24+ years in business, Digital Remedy has grown, evolved, and adapted a remote-first approach to foster a flexible work environment. Our modern culture promotes collaboration while allowing employees to create a work style that is most efficient and productive for them. This empowers the full potential of our Remediers—whether on-site, remote, or hybrid—based on an effective, healthy work/life balance.
“The way we approach work has changed. Work is now a part of life rather than life revolving entirely around work. Companies that understand this shift are winning the race for talent. At Digital Remedy we’ve worked hard to lean into the flexibility that our team craves while finding opportunities for collaboration.”
– Jessica Cortapasso (SVP, People)
Over the last few years, we’ve increased our fully remote new hires to expand our talent roster to new states (and countries). That said, we continuously strive to provide plenty of opportunities to keep our remote workforce engaged. We leverage company-wide Slack channels for constant communication, host all-hands meetings for transparency regarding company news and updates, and launch various employee engagement initiatives, including photo contests, workout challenges, and more.
Teams set an in-office schedule that works for them, which is complemented by our monthly “Core Day.” Launched in 2024, “Core Days” are one day a month when New York—and New Orleans-based employees are invited into our local offices for in-person collaboration, cross-department presentations, and shared lunch. These days allow the entire company to collaborate, learn, and meet around the water cooler.
“Digital Remedy has embraced the hybrid work style while still having a 90% client retention rate. It’s worked for us, and we’re proud of the way we’ve been able to adapt our culture while not losing the heart of what makes Digital Remedy great—our amazing people.”
– Jessica Cortapasso (SVP, People)
This recent acknowledgment marks our third culture-focused award earned this year! For the 12th year in a row, Digital Remedy was named one of Crain’s Best Places to Work in NYC. In fact, for the first time, we snagged the #1 spot on the 2024 Crain’s Best Places to Work in NYC list. Digital Remedy was also recognized as an Inclusive Workplace by Best Companies Group and COLOR Magazine for the second year in a row.
Best Companies Group handled the whole process—from registration to survey fielding—digging into workplace policies, practices, demographics, and employee feedback to determine who made the cut. Their proprietary algorithm crunched the final scores to decide which workplaces were recognized and which ranked at the top of their respective categories based on employee size.
Congratulations to all the winners! The final rankings will be announced in January 2025. Stay tuned for updates.
